This five-day ICAO online course is designed to prepare aviation professionals to generate reports and interpret results for making effective decisions, managing risk and setting priorities for different civil aviation activities, operations, or procedures. Participants will be able to apply best practices of data-driven decision making in aviation and define suitable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in civil aviation sectors. On completion of the programme (Part 1 and 2), participants will be able to apply aviation data-driven decision making principles and methods in their professional roles.
This AD3M programme consists of two parts, a prerequisite online course (Part 1) to explore the fundamental concepts behind data-driven decision making, followed by a virtual classroom course (Part 2) to apply the concepts to practical scenarios and real-life situations.
Eligible applicants may apply for refund of 80% of fees after completing this approved course, subject to a maximum of HKD30,000, under the Professional Training and Examination Refund Scheme (ProTERS) of Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (MATF).
