This five-day ICAO online course equips participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes for implementing the Level 3 Post Training Evaluation (L3 PTE) methodology under the TRAINAIR PLUS programme. On completion of the course, participants will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of training on work performance, and to enhance the quality of the developed training courses and processes.
Eligible applicants may apply for refund of 80% of fees after completing this approved course, subject to a maximum of HKD30,000, under the Professional Training and Examination Refund Scheme (ProTERS) of Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (MATF).
