Foundation Certificate in Airport Operations (Passenger Handling) (Part-time) - ERB

This five-day Employees Retraining Board (ERB) course provides participants with the fundamental of airport-related knowledge, in particular passenger handling operations, through classroom discussions and on-site observations. On completion of the course, participants will be able to identify the basic operations at the airport and passenger handling at the terminal. Participants will also learn about airport operations' safety and security awareness as well as the elemental customer service skills required at the airport terminal.
