Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operations and Management

This five-day course provides participants with an in-depth understanding of baggage handling operations and management, helping them to identify the roles and responsibilities of different parties, e.g. system owners, airlines, handling agents etc, in the baggage operations at Hong Kong International Airport. Standard measures for quantifying performance and system enhancement will also be covered. Examples and industry practices will be cited for discussion.
