Airport Operations (Advanced)

This three-day advanced course provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of the airport operating environment and the required skill sets and knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and customer services. The course material is supplemented with real-life examples taken from Hong Kong International Airport for illustration. On completion of the course, participants will be able to understand the airport operations in an overview, define operations revenue management and recognise concession management.
