This two-day course introduces participants to the fundamentals of international aviation law and updates their knowledge of key aspects such as the legal framework, the basis of treaties and agreements and legal issues surrounding liability for air carriers and airports, airport charges, ground handling agents and concessions agreements.
Eligible applicants may apply for refund of 80% of fees after completing this approved course, subject to a maximum of HKD30,000, under the Professional Training and Examination Refund Scheme (ProTERS) of Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (MATF).
